Sales Manager -Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices | Saudi Arabia

The  Sales Manager will be responsible for managing commercial relationships with private hospitals, expanding the customer base, and leading the sales team to achieve the company's sales targets.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Accountabilities 

• Build and manage strong relationships with private hospitals to drive sales growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Supervise and coach the sales team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market opportunities, and account status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience 

• Proven network with private hospitals in Riyadh (Must Have) .
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices sales.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices sales.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing or coaching a sales team is a plus.
• Industry experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
