Spa Manager

Our UHNW client who is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Spa Manager.

The Spa Manager is responsible for the overall operation, leadership, and development of the spa and wellness departments, ensuring luxury standards are met at all times. This individual leads by example, ensuring a seamless guest experience, operational excellence, and a harmonious team culture. The Spa Manager collaborates closely with senior management and provides strategic direction while maintaining the spa as a serene and impeccably presented environment.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily spa operations to ensure the highest standards in luxury service and hygiene across treatment rooms, wet areas, and relaxation zones
• Monitor maintenance of spa facilities, equipment, and supplies, ensuring preventive care and prompt issue resolution
• Implement SOPs, service protocols, and regularly refresh spa menus and wellness offerings in line with guest trends
• Optimise treatment scheduling and guest flow to maximise efficiency and satisfaction
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure proper inventory and product usage
• Lead and motivate the spa team, fostering a positive and professional environment
• Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and provide coaching support
• Partner with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and development of spa staff
• Build strong collaboration with Housekeeping, F&B, and Security teams
• Design staff schedules based on operational priorities and peak demand
• Ensure exceptional service delivery by anticipating guest needs and preferences
• Maintain confidentiality and promote wellness through tailored programmes
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and swiftly address any hazards
• This is a hands-on role; the Spa Manager is expected to participate in day-to-day tasks and perform treatments when necessary
• Remain flexible and available to travel or relocate to other estates as operationally required
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and cost controls with focus on efficiency and sustainability
• Promote eco-conscious practices in daily operations
• Uphold company policies and client expectations and remain flexible for travel or relocation if needed
• Completion of job description and adherence to the Employee Handbook

Salary : 17,850 SAR – 25,500 SAR
Working days : 6 days a week
Accommodation : Live-in or Live-out
Education requirements : Master’s, Bachelors or Diploma
Work experience requirements : Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience in the same or similar role
