Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Finance / Accounts Executive to handle finance-related activities and support the company’s financial operations.

Freshers and candidates with previous finance or accounting experience in India are welcome to apply. Candidates must hold a transferable Iqama and be interested in a long-term employment opportunity in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
Maintain financial records, vouchers, invoices, and payment documentation.

Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and expense records.
Monitor company expenses, cash flow, and financial transactions.
Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly account closing.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
Prepare and manage Excel-based financial reports and records.
Coordinate with management, suppliers, and other departments regarding finance-related matters.

Support other accounting and administrative activities as required.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Freshers may apply; candidates with Indian finance/accounting experience are also welcome.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
Knowledge of accounting software will be an advantage.

Good numerical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
Must be willing to join for a long-term position in Saudi Arabia.
