About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Sales Manager to drive new business and revenue growth across logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, and 3PL solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B logistics sales background, with a proven track record of acquiring new corporate clients, managing key accounts, and closing high-value commercial opportunities.

We are looking for a proven logistics sales professional with an established network in the Saudi market who can independently generate and convert new business. Candidates with experience selling integrated logistics, warehousing, transportation, distribution, freight forwarding, or 3PL solutions to corporate and commercial clients will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

• Identify and secure new B2B clients across logistics, supply chain, warehousing, and transportation sectors.

• Promote and sell integrated logistics solutions, including warehousing, transportation, distribution, freight forwarding, 3PL, and supply chain services .

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to proposals, negotiations, and closing.

• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and contracts.

• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.

• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitors, customer needs, and industry trends.

• Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and other internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Attend client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to generate new business.

• Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field .

• 5–8 years of B2B sales experience within Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Transportation, or 3PL.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new business.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics and supply chain solutions .

• Established network of corporate clients in the Saudi Arabian market is highly preferred.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong commercial and business development mindset.

• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
