Expo 2030 Riyadh – SME Support

Trivandi is supporting the development of the Operations function for Expo 2030 Riyadh, working alongside key stakeholders to help shape the operational foundations of the event.

Our focus is on ensuring the masterplan and programme are operationally deliverable — translating design into reality through validated space requirements, integrated operating models, and functional planning.

Given the scale, complexity, and pace of the project, we are looking to engage experienced SMEs with prior World Expo experience to provide targeted advisory support.

This is not a delivery role — the requirement is for senior, credible input to:

• Test and challenge planning assumptions
• Validate operational requirements and spatial allocations
• Provide practical, experience‑led insight to shape solutions
• Ensure alignment with real‑world event delivery

Key Responsibilities & Outputs

• Validate integration between Smart City, Digital Twin, and operations
• Review operational systems (C3, OCC, ticketing, workforce systems)
• Ensure interoperability across functions
• Challenge complexity vs usability
• Align tech with operational workflows

• Technology integration review

• FAOP input (Technology)

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Senior technology planner with World Expo / major event experience
• Strong understanding of data‑driven operations
