Senior Planner - (EOI)

JASARA PMC is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the position of Senior Planner to join our team on a prestigious mixed‑use development project. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing project timelines to ensure the successful delivery of complex mixed‑use developments.

The Senior Planner will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to develop realistic and achievable schedules, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. You will play a vital role in coordinating diverse activities across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planning professional with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience to contribute to transformative projects within the Kingdom.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Senior Planner, specifically with mixed‑use development projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project management tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction planning, scheduling methodologies, and project controls.
• Ability to manage complex schedules involving multiple stakeholders and contractors.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in risk identification, mitigation, and recovery planning.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
