Document Controller - (EOI)

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Document Controller to manage documentation processes for a mixed‑use project. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to oversee the preparation, organization, and control of all project‑related documents. As a Document Controller, you will ensure that documents are accurately maintained, archived, and distributed in compliance with company standards and project requirements. Your role is vital in facilitating smooth communication and documentation flow within the project team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in mixed‑use projects
• Demonstrated knowledge of document management systems and control procedures
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office suite and document control software
• Ability to manage and maintain large volumes of documents accurately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
