Planning Manager - (EOI)

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Planning Manager for a Mixed‑use development project (Expression of Interest - EOI). With 15 years of professional experience, you will play a pivotal role in leading the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of this complex project to ensure successful delivery aligned with stakeholders' expectations and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control comprehensive project schedules for mixed‑use development projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to align planning activities and meet project milestones.
• Implement schedule risk analysis, identifying potential impacts and proposing mitigation plans.
• Prepare regular reporting and presentations for senior management and stakeholders regarding schedule status, forecasts, and issues.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, contractual requirements, and corporate standards.
• Lead planning meetings and drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes and tools.
• Collaborate closely with cost, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate planning efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in planning and scheduling large‑scale mixed‑use development projects.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and other project management software.
• Strong knowledge of schedule risk management and project controls.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to analyze complex project data and generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction industry standards and regulatory environment is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are preferred.
