Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, promoting company products and services, and achieving sales targets. The role acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the company, ensuring effective communication, understanding customer requirements, providing suitable solutions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Mandatory: Bachelor's degree from a university in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Liebherr products and services to existing and potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and management reports.
• Support in organizing promotional activities and exhibitions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment and delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

Competencies

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Good understanding of sales processes and documentation.
• Technical knowledge of heavy equipment or machinery is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Time management and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven with a target-oriented approach.
