Senior Specialist - Logistics Centers

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of receiving operations, including unloading, sorting, and processing inbound shipments
- Ensure the accurate and timely documentation of received shipments, including updating inventory records
- Supervise team members, providing guidance in receiving operations, fostering efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork
- Collaborate with other warehouse departments, such as inventory control, warehouse operations, and quality control, to ensure the efficient receiving of products
- Ensure monitoring of receiving operations to maintain a high level of operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory requirements in the receiving area
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in distribution center receiving operations
- Leadership knowledge of receiving processes, inventory systems, and supply chain operations
- Knowledge of inventory systems and processes
- Ability to guide and motivate team members for effective and efficient operations
- Skill in identifying and implementing improvements to enhance receiving processes
- Expertise in monitoring and analyzing KPIs to drive continuous improvement in receiving operations
