Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage quality assurance and quality control activities related to heavy equipment maintenance and operations.
- Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and maintenance work to ensure compliance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Review maintenance records, inspection reports, and service documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify quality issues, equipment defects, and recurring maintenance concerns, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Work closely with maintenance, workshop, and operations teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Monitor equipment condition and maintenance practices to reduce downtime and increase productivity.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, efficiency, and equipment lifespan.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for management regarding quality performance and equipment condition.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Management, Quality Control, Equipment Inspection, or Heavy Equipment Maintenance.
- Strong understanding of heavy equipment systems, maintenance procedures, and inspection standards.
- Ability to evaluate equipment condition and verify the quality of maintenance and repair work.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to prepare professional inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, reliability, and operational performance.
