Require a Site Administrator in Riyadh,Saudi ARABIA

• Managing and organizing   project documents, files, and administrative records
  
• Preparing   daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  
• Maintaining   employee attendance, timesheets, leave records, and manpower reports
  
• Coordinating with different departments regarding administrative requirements
  
• Managing   emails, correspondence, and official communications
  
• Organizing meetings and keeping records of important discussions
  
• Maintaining proper filing systems and ensuring documents are easy to retrieve
  
• Supporting   transportation, accommodation, and logistics arrangements
  
• Assisting management with reports, presentations, and documentation
  
• Coordinating with   HR, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams
  
• Monitoring office supplies and ensuring administrative resources are available
  
• Supporting onboarding activities for newly mobilized employees and subcontractors
  
• Assisting during inspections, audits, and client visits by preparing required documents
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a   Site Administrator, Project Administrator, Office Administrator, or Site Coordinator
  
• Experience in   construction, industrial, infrastructure, or project-based environments
  
• Good knowledge of   Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  
• Experience handling   timesheets, documentation, and reporting activities
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills
  
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Professional attitude and willingness to work in a multicultural environment
  
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC will be an added advantage
