Require a Coordinator in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

• Coordinate daily academic and administrative activities to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Communicate effectively with parents, students, and teachers, addressing inquiries and providing support when needed.
  
• Manage admissions, student registrations, and follow-up processes.
  
• Assist in developing strategies to increase student enrollment and community engagement.
  
• Build and maintain positive relationships with schools, parents, and the expatriate community.
  
• Plan and organize meetings, educational events, workshops, and promotional activities.
  
• Manage social media platforms and support digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
  
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure proper documentation.
  
• Work closely with management to achieve organizational goals and continuously improve services.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent qualification.
  
• Excellent communication skills in   English and Bangla . Knowledge of   Arabic   is an added advantage.
  
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Previous experience in education, administration, customer service, admissions, or coordination roles is preferred.
  
• Basic knowledge of   social media management, graphic design, video editing, and digital marketing   will be considered an advantage.
  
• A proactive attitude, positive mindset, and passion for working with students and families.
