ملخص الوظيفة
حارس الأمن هو الشخص المسؤول عن القيام بكافة أعمال حراسة جامعة الفيصل من أجل الحفاظ على سلامة الموظفين والطلاب، فهو يقوم بمراقبة بوابات الدخول من وإلى الجامعة , و متابعة ومراجعة سجلات الكاميرات بشكل دوري، بالإضافة إلى قيامه بفحص المباني والتأكد من اتباع سياسات وإجراءات الحماية والسلامة، لدرء وقوع الخسائر والأضرار مثل الحرائق أو محاولات السرقة والنهب أو حتى القتل وغيرها من الجرائم والكوارث التي تهدد أمن المجتمعات.
الواجبات والمسؤوليات الأساسية
- القيام بالدوريات سيراً على الأقدام أو بالسيارة و فحص أراضي ومباني ومركبات حرم جامعة الفيصل، والكشف عن الظروف الغير الآمنة مثل الحرائق والسرقة والتخريب والدخول غير القانوني.
- اتخاذ الإجراءات الفورية للاتصال بالسلطات المختصة .
- اتخاذ الإجراء المناسب لإزالة مخاطر السلامة مثل إطفاء حريق صغير.
- مراقبة مداخل جامعة الفيصل لضمان السماح بدخول الأشخاص المصرح لهم فقط والاحتفاظ بسجلات الأفراد و/أو المركبات.
- توفير الأمن في المناسبات الخاصة وفقاً لاحتياجات الراعي أو اللجنة المنظمة.
- مراقبة مواقف السيارات بالجامعة لضمان الامتثال لقواعد جامعة الفيصل و قواعد المرور ومواقف السيارات المحلية وتنظيم حركة المرور بشكل جيد.
- كتابة تقارير شاملة تحدد الملاحظات والأنشطة أثناء الوردية المعينة.
- الإبلاغ عن جميع الحوادث أو السلوكيات أو انتهاكات القواعد الأمنية غير العادية/المشبوهة كما هو مطلوب لاتخاذ الإجراء المناسب.
- تلقى التقارير الأمنية المختلفة من جميع قادة المناوبات، وإجراء دراسة تقييمية، ورصد المستخرجات، وتقديم تقرير أمني مفصل إلى الإدارة.
- الاستجابة للمكالمات المتوافقة من مركز الإرسال وتقيم المشكلة ومحاول حل الموقف بما يُرضي الأطراف المعنية.
- التنسيق مع إدارات الإطفاء والعاملين الطبيين في حالات الطوارئ عند الحاجة.
- مراقبة ومنع دخول المواد المحظورة من وإلى جامعة الفيصل.
- أداء جميع الواجبات بطريقة مهنية وفعالة وسرية.
- أداء جميع الواجبات الأخرى ذات الصلة كما هو مطلوب أو بما يتم تكليفه من المدير المباشر.
المؤهلات والكفاءات
- شهادة الثانوية أو ما يعادلها.
- يفضل الحصول على رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
- الحد الأدنى خبرة سنة واحدة (1) في العمل في مجال الأمن أو المجالات الأخرى ذات الصلة .
