Pilates Instructor

Pilates Instructor (Comprehensive)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pilates Instructor to join a well-established, premium wellness club. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong clinical expertise with Pilates instruction, supporting clients in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall physical well-being within an elite wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualised programs and rehabilitation plans.
Deliver safe, effective, and progressive Pilates (Reformer, Mat, other equipment) sessions tailored to clients' fitness needs.
Work with clients across various fitness levels, including pre/post-rehabilitation, injury recovery, and performance enhancement.
Ensure correct alignment, movement patterns, breathing, and posture during sessions.
Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.
Educate clients on injury prevention, corrective exercises, and long-term physical health.
Uphold the clubs high standards of professionalism, client care, and service excellence.
Participate in internal training, workshops, and wellness events.
Requirements & Qualifications
Certified in Pilates (Comprehensive preferred – BASI, STOTT, Balanced Body, Polestar, or equivalent) or at least Reformer & MAT
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Pilates instruction, preferably in a clinical or premium studio setting teaching both group and private sessions.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, and movement therapy.
Confident, client-focused, and professional with excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage clients with medical conditions, injuries, and special populations.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Willingness to relocate and commit to 2 year long-term contract.
A maximum of 4 to 6 sessions/classes per day based on the requirement, 6 days per week.
Salary: 11,000 - 14,000 SAR
Commissions on private sessions.

- Shared living and kitchen area
Transportation is provided for staff residing in company accommodation.
