Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates for executive-level positions
- Engage with candidates through various channels to assess their suitability for specific roles
- Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates and clients
- Provide regular updates and feedback to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with senior consultants to develop effective search strategies and solutions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of candidate interactions and progress
Requirements
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
