Sales Consultant

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Sales Consultant to join their team in Jeddah .

Job summary The Electrical Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling electrical products and services to customers. This role requires a strong technical background in electrical systems, along with excellent communication and customer service skills. The Electrical Sales Consultant collaborates with customers to understand their needs, provides expert advice, and offers tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their electrical requirements, address inquiries, and provide expert guidance and recommendations.
  
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of electrical products, including lighting fixtures, switches, cables, circuit breakers, and other related equipment
  
• Sales and Consultation: Actively promote and sell electrical products and services by assessing customer needs, proposing appropriate solutions, and generating sales through effective product demonstrations, quotations
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
  
• 1–3 years of experience in electrical sales, technical sales, or a customer-facing electrical role.
  
• Strong knowledge of electrical products such as lighting, switches, cables, circuit breakers, and related equipment.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electrical solutions.
