Executive Assistant Manager in Charge of People and Culture

Director of People and Culture – Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island (EAM in Charge of P&C)
This role reports to the General Manager and has a dotted reporting line to the Regional Director of People and Culture.
Responsibilities
- Champion the Golden Rule in every employee action, serving as the Cultural Advocate of the resort.
- Lead the People, Culture and Learning strategy and execution to position the hotel as the Employer of Choice.
- Champion top talent and actively support succession planning.
- Act as a Business Partner to the hotel, fostering relationships with stakeholders as a coach.
- Support and drive corporate People and Culture initiatives.
- Support recruitment, selection, onboarding and development activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of People and Culture programs and initiatives.
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends to balance cost and employee experience.
- Develop and deliver workplace learning and development programs, performance improvement initiatives, and other learning quality initiatives to achieve long‑term business success.
Qualifications
- Passion for people, talent management and learning, and ability to act as a Business Partner.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and understanding of operational needs.
- Ability to contribute to key strategies and operational decisions for the hotel.
- Expertise in leading change and acting as an employee champion.
- Support for the Saudi nationalization scheme; eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
