Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of relevant purchasing experience, including events, exhibitions, experiential marketing or project-based production.
At least 3 years managing purchasing activities or a procurement team.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi supplier market and a proven network of event, fabrication and technical service providers.
Ability to interpret BOQs and material specifications, and compare supplier offers accurately.
Strong negotiation, cost analysis and contract coordination skills, with proficiency in Excel and purchasing or ERP systems.
Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
Ability to manage several urgent project requirements at once.
