Sales Team Leader – Training Solutions
We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to drive business growth by selling corporate and government training solutions. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in both B2B and B2G sales, leading sales teams, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop new business opportunities across corporate and government sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Saudi National.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of sales experience in both B2B and B2G environments.
- Previous experience selling training, learning, professional development, EdTech, or HR solutions.
- Proven experience leading a sales team.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
Preferred
- Existing network within Saudi government entities and large enterprises.
- Experience in Learning & Development (L&D), Training Solutions, or Education Technology.
