نبحث عن طاهٍ/طاهية هندي/هندية الجنسية ومقيم/مقيمة حالياً في المملكة العربية السعودية للانضمام إلى فريقنا كطباخ مأكولات هندية تقليدية ومعاصرة (توظيف محلي داخل المملكة العربية السعودية).
الموقع: الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية
التوظيف: محلي فقط (Local transfer / تحويل إقامة داخلية)
المتقدم/ة المثالي/ة سيكون لديه/لديها خبرة عملية في إعداد أطباق هندية متنوعة (شائعة ومحترفة) مع إتقان استخدام البهارات الهندية التقليدية وتقنيات الطهي مثل الطندور، البرياني، الكاري، وأطباق الخَبز الهندي (نان، روتي). يجب أن يكون قادر/قادرة على إعداد وصفات متسقة ذات نكهات متوازنة، الحفاظ على معايير عالية للنظافة والسلامة الغذائية، والعمل بكفاءة ضمن فريق مطبخ سريع الوتيرة.
Key Responsibilities - Applicant must be in dammam for actual test.
التحضير اليومي للمكونات الهندية: تقطيع الخضروات، تجهيز اللحوم، طحن وخلط البهارات الطازجة وتحضير المارينيدز.
تنفيذ وصفات هندية تقليدية ومعاصرة بدقة وفق معايير المطعم لضمان جودة ونكهة متسقة.
تشغيل وصيانة معدات الطهي المتخصصة (طندور، مواقد ضغط، مقالي غاطسة، أفران) واستخدام تقنيات الطهي المناسبة لكل صنف.
التنسيق مع فريق المطبخ لاستلام الطلبات، تجهيز الصواني، وترتيب أطباق الخدمة بسرعة ودقة.
المحافظة على نظافة منطقة العمل، أدوات الطهي، ومخازن المواد الغذائية وفق إجراءات الصحة والسلامة الغذائية.
إدارة مخزون المواد الخام الأساسية مثل التوابل، الأرز، الدقيق، واللحوم، ومراقبة تواريخ الصلاحية وإجراء طلبات التوريد عند الحاجة.
المساهمة في تطوير قائمة الطعام من خلال اقتراح وصفات جديدة وتحسينات على الأطباق الحالية بما يتماشى مع تفضيل العملاء والسوق المحلي.
الالتزام بجداول العمل، السلوك المهني، والمرونة للعمل في أوقات الذروة والعطلات الرسمية.
Requirements
الإقامة السعودية الصالحة (Iqama) شرط أساسي للتقديم محلياً.
القدرة على تحويل الإقامة محلياً (Local transfer).
جنسية هندية مطلوبة مع خبرة مثبتة في الطهي الهندي داخل مطاعم أو فنادق أو كيترينغ (يفضل خبرة في السوق السعودي).
خبرة عملية في تحضير أطباق مثل البرياني، الكاري، الطندوري، وأصناف الخبز الهندي.
مهارة في تحضير خلطات التوابل والمارينيدات والقدرة على ضبط النكهة وفق وصفات موحدة.
فهم ومعرفة جيدة بمعايير السلامة الغذائية والنظافة وإجراءات التخزين المبرد.
القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط والحفاظ على جودة متسقة خلال فترات الازدحام.
مهارات تواصل جيدة، روح عمل جماعي، والالتزام بتعليمات الشيف التنفيذي.
اللياقة البدنية للوقوف لفترات طويلة والتعامل مع معدات المطبخ بأمان.

صورة من الإقامة (Iqama) سارية المفعول.
سيرة ذاتية موجزة تُوضح الخبرات السابقة، أنواع المأكولات الهندية المتقنة، ومواقع العمل والفترات الزمنية.
إن وُجدت، شهادات تدريب مهنية في الطهي أو دورات في السلامة الغذائية.
صور أو قائمة بأمثلة من أطباق سابقة (إن وُجدت) تُظهر مهارات التحضير والعرض.
