Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will help drive growth across the META region for SentinelOne’s enterprise sales team. In this role, you’ll identify and qualify high‑value leads through inbound and outbound outreach, acting as a key link between Marketing and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Present SentinelOne to potential enterprise clients in Arabic speaking markets.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage inbound interest and actively pursue outbound opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs, business models, and decision‑making processes.
• Tailor product messaging and solutions to resonate with enterprise‑level prospects.
• Cultivate and maintain long‑term, trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
• Book qualified meetings and calls for Account Executives to progress deals.
• Collaborate closely with the enterprise sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and strategic alignment.
• Report on key metrics, pipeline activity, and outcomes to the Business Development Manager.
• Stay current on product features, competitive landscape, and relevant industry trends.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in a Sales Development, Sales Account Executive, or related lead‑generation role.
• Confidence and professionalism in cold calling and outbound outreach.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Familiarity with CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Solid working knowledge of Excel for tracking and analyzing performance data.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to confidently deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.
• A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a passion for growth and learning.
