Job Description
- Show proven leadership experience within a hotel environment;
- Use initiative and discretion in lieu of the Front Office Manager by taking responsibility for the shift;
- Drive excellence through professional, approachable people focussed service;
- Think on your feet and deal with the needs of your team, our guests and the wider hotel team
- Be a team player; training, empowering and developing your team to provide exceptional service.
- Become a strong advocate for Accor Live Limitless (ALL) loyalty program and being proactive in driving strong results with the team.
Additionally you will have a vibrant, and outgoing personality, great attention to detail and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
- Strong administrative abilities and fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Possess a strong background in Front Office procedures and Opera PMS.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work on a rotating shift roster (mornings, afternoons and evening).
- Full, clean Driver’s License.
- Current Manager’s Certificate.
Additional Information

Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
