Program QS Leader: Cost, Valuation & Commercial Oversight

Hanmiglobal-Saudi is seeking a Quantity Surveyor Manager to lead quantity surveying for a mega land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh. This role involves establishing quantity surveying frameworks and overseeing cost verification to meet industry standards and client expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 15 years of experience in similar roles, and experience with major projects in Saudi Arabia. Proficiency in leadership, communication, and problem-solving is essential.
