Senior Gov & Enterprise Customer Success Leader
Lucidya
Lucidya is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own a portfolio of government and enterprise accounts in a fast-paced analytics environment. You will lead end-to-end delivery, translate media insights into strategic recommendations, and drive adoption and retention through proactive planning.
The role requires 5+ years in account management or customer success, with experience in CS SaaS and government clients.
