Strategic Public Sector Customer Success Manager
Lucidya
Lucidya is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead government sector accounts and ensure value realization. You will educate customers, drive adoption, and build trusted relationships across teams.
You will collaborate with Support, Professional Services, Product and Sales to deliver an exceptional customer experience, and leverage bilingual English/Arabic communication to engage diverse stakeholders.
