Performance Marketing Specialist

As Lendo continues to grow, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help scale our digital acquisition and build smarter, more automated ways of converting demand into qualified opportunities.
In this role, you’ll combine performance marketing, AI and automation to improve the entire top of our commercial funnel. You’ll manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns, build AI-powered sales agents and qualification journeys, develop lead scoring models, and ensure high-quality leads are routed quickly and effectively to our Relationship Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital sales AI agents - Design, build and operate conversational AI agents (voice and chat, Arabic and English) that engage inbound SME enquiries, capture qualification data and hand off cleanly to relationship managers.
Automation build - Own the ElevenLabs voice stack and the n8n orchestration layer, webhooks, API integrations, retries, error handling and logging so no lead is dropped when a system fails. Write, version and evaluate agent prompts and guardrails.
Lead scoring & qualification - Build and iterate the HubSpot lead scoring model using firmographic, behavioural and source signals; define lifecycle stages and qualification criteria with Sales Operations; automate pre-qualification checks with Credit; own routing and SLA enforcement.
Closed-loop feedback - Reconcile RM dispositions and funded outcomes back into the scoring model and retune quarterly.
Performance marketing - Plan, build and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and X targeting Saudi SME decision-makers; own budget pacing, creative testing and Arabic/English landing page conversion.
Tracking & reporting - Own UTM governance, GA4/GTM tracking, offline conversion feedback and attribution; maintain lead source and campaign data integrity in HubSpot; report weekly on CPQL, conversion and pipeline sourced.
Compliance - Ensure all data capture and automated outreach meets SAMA marketing conduct requirements, the Saudi PDPL and Lendo internal consent standards; escalate ambiguity to Compliance before launch.
Qualifications:
Fluent Arabic and professional English communication skills are essential.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations, with hands-on experience managing paid acquisition and marketing automation.
Demonstrated hands-on experience building and launching an AI agent, chatbot or automated lead qualification workflow.
Strong experience using HubSpot (Sales and Marketing Hub) for lead management, automation and/or lead scoring.
Hands-on experience with n8n, ElevenLabs and LLM APIs to build and manage automated workflows.
Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM) and major paid media platforms.
Experience managing and optimising paid acquisition campaigns based on conversion, qualified leads and commercial outcomes.
Understanding of lead scoring, qualification journeys, CRM routing and marketing-to-sales handoffs.
SQL or scripting experience using Python or JavaScript is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
Experience within fintech, lending, financial services or another regulated industry is advantageous.
