Job Summary:
We are looking for a Data Privacy Specialist to support the implementation and monitoring of the organization's privacy program, with strong knowledge of Saudi PDPL .
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor privacy and PDPL requirements.
- Develop and maintain ROPA (Records of Processing Activities) .
- Conduct DPIAs (Data Protection Impact Assessments) .
- Manage Data Subject Rights (DSR) requests.
- Support personal data breach assessments and investigations.
- Conduct privacy assessments of third-party vendors.
- Support cross-border data transfer assessments.
- Maintain privacy risk registers and compliance evidence.
- Support Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 compliance activities.
- Prepare privacy reports, KPIs and awareness/training material.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in Data Privacy/Data Protection .
- Strong knowledge of Saudi PDPL .
- Practical experience with ROPA, DPIA and DSR.
- Experience in vendor privacy assessments and privacy compliance reviews.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview is required.
- Fluent English and Arabic .
- CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CDPSE or equivalent certification is preferred.
