About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and high-quality dishes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Manage food preparation, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Create new dishes and menus.
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
- Excellent knife skills and cooking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid Saudi Arabia food safety certification is a plus.
- Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or retail sector preferred.
