Strategic Key Accounts Manager (Bulk Buyers)
SOUM
Soum, a Riyadh-based rapid-growing B2C marketplace, is hiring a Key Account Manager to own and grow relationships with buyer accounts, including bulk buyers. You will be the main point of contact, drive retention and growth, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth buying experience.
The role is buyer-facing and excludes procurement or vendor management. Fluent in Arabic and English, you will develop core accounts and onboard new bulk buyers to expand Soum’s commercial base.
