Civil Engineer - Facilities Management

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily activities to ensure proper functioning of facilities.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors for facility-related services and projects.
• Manage facility resources, including equipment, utilities, and staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve facility issues.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of facility operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ work experience in facilities management.
• Transport-related facilities experience is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of facility systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage facility operations effectively.
• Ability to assess facility performance and implement improvements.
• Strong ability to liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Aptitude for resolving operational challenges and ensuring smooth facility functioning.
