Position Title: ATM Software Support Specialist
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite)
Contract Type: 1-Year Contract
Role Overview
Our Client is a well-established consulting firm in Saudi Arabia seeking a technically skilled ATM Software Support Specialist with hands‑on experience in ATM software systems. The successful candidate will support, maintain, and optimise ATM software operations within a fast‑paced banking technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for ATM software systems and related infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve ATM software issues, transaction failures, and system errors.
- Monitor ATM network performance and ensure maximum system availability and uptime.
- Support ATM software implementations, upgrades, and patch deployments.
- Collaborate with banking and IT teams to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance checks on ATM software configurations and updates.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident logs, and support reports.
- Ensure all ATM operations comply with banking security standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in ATM software support, maintenance, or implementation.
- Strong knowledge of ATM transaction processing, switch management, and network operations.
- Familiarity with ATM software platforms and banking technology infrastructure.
- Experience working within the banking or financial services sector is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of banking security protocols, PCI-DSS compliance, and ATM regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to work independently onsite.
- Must be available to work onsite in Riyadh, KSA with valid work authorisation or transferable Iqama.
