**About the Role**
Join RiskPod as a Sales Funnel Lead and take charge of designing, operationalizing, and optimizing our customer sales funnel. You'll work across acquisition and growth journeys, defining funnel logic, success metrics, and activation triggers to maximize lead conversion and customer growth. Collaborate with various teams to launch targeted campaigns and deploy advanced analytics and AI models, improving funnel performance and customer journeys.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define the end-to-end sales funnel structure and logic for customer acquisition and growth.
- Establish funnel stages, customer eligibility criteria, and activation triggers.
- Design customer journeys to maximize progression through the funnel.
- Launch targeted acquisition and growth campaigns with cross-functional teams.
- Own and operationalize the leads engine for effective lead management.
- Operationalize advanced analytics and AI models within the sales funnel.
- Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain funnel dashboards and performance reports.
**Your Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in sales funnel management, CRM, or customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of sales funnel architecture and customer lifecycle.
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, or equivalent analytics tools.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
