- Using customer insights to improve customer satisfaction;
- Advise the product team on how to improve the learning experience for students in the Middle East;
- Reply & solve customers inquiries & issues through social media & email;
- Supporting growth team in content writing & reporting;
- Collect feedback from students to improve the experience of Arabic users.
Requirements:
- Ability to take initiative in customer satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting;
- Must have Retention or Upselling experience;
- Excited to help customers with day to day issues;
- Work experience (minimum 1 year);
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Excellent Arabic & English written and verbal communication skills;
- Must have good English communication skills;
- Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience;
- Previous customer relationship role in the software industry;
- Entrepreneurial spirit;
- Problem-solver;
- Ability to to effectively cope with change;
- Clear communication and listening skills.
