Responsibilities:
- Capital expenditure;
- Looking after the cost centre;

- Develop expertise in multiple solution areas or practices;
- Independently collect, validate, analyze, and synthesize data to support engagement objectives;

- Prepare and deliver succinct, clear, and insightful and influential executive-level presentations;
- Source, develop and manage candidate relationships;
- To work with colleagues to ensure the maximum opportunity to generate revenue is achieved;

- You will provide feedback to the project manager promptly highlighting any potential issues to allow a pro-active solution to be offered;
- You will assist clients to re-engineer their business processes and build a strong relationship with your clients;

Requirements:
- Ability to reflect on one’s own work as well as the wider consequences of financial decisions;
- Organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines;
- Advanced excel knowledge;

- Business acumen and interest;
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field of Auditing;
- Knowledge of IFRS 17 (highly advantageous);
- Ability to travel at least 70%
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines;
- At least two years experience in working within the recruitment industry and within the specialist field;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work through complex and unstructured problems;
- Good grasp of Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel);
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management/Economics/Science or its equivalent. Advantageous to have MBA or other relevant Master’s degree;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
