Job description:

On-site supervision and implementation:
• Follow up on daily site work (excavation, carpentry, concrete, buildings, finishes...)
• Ensure that the works comply with the plans, technical specifications and the Saudi building code
• Supervising subcontractors and workers to achieve project progress goals
Quality and adherence to specifications:
•Inspecting materials and quality of implementation to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
•Coordinating with quality engineers (QA/QC) to conduct the necessary checks and approve the work
•Record any notes (NCR) and follow up on correction work
Technical and administrative coordination:
•Coordinating with consultants, designers and project manager regarding technical issues and workflow
•Coordinating with other teams (electrical and mechanical) to avoid conflicts on site
•Attend site meetings and submit periodic reports on progress, problems and needs
Planning and reporting:
•Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports on completed work
•Follow up on project schedules and alert about any delays or risks
•Keeping updated site records, drawings and reports
Occupational safety and health (HSE)
•Compliance with the company’s safety systems and the Saudi building code
•Follow up on the implementation of safety procedures and provide immediate feedback on any violations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
6-10 years experience
