Multiple Housekeeping Roles

We are recruiting multiple Housekeeping roles for our UHNW client who is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The roles include: Assistant Housekeeping Manager , Housekeeping Supervisor , and Housekeeping Attendant .

The housekeeping team is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. The role ensures that all assigned areas are always kept in pristine condition, contributing to a welcoming and safe environment for guests and staff.

Supervisory roles involve managing housekeeping team members and public area teams, ensuring daily operations run efficiently, and maintaining the highest level of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities for All Housekeeping Roles

• Clean and service guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards.
• Replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure all items are neatly arranged according to standard procedures.
• Report maintenance issues or lost items promptly to the supervisor or engineering department.
• Handle guest requests courteously, efficiently, and promptly.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards, including the use of proper PPE and cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain housekeeping caddies, equipment, and storage areas in a clean and organised manner.
• Follow daily assignments and work schedules provided by supervisors.
• Maintain confidentiality, and respect guest privacy at all times.
• Support sustainability initiatives (eg, waste management, water conservation).

For Supervisory & Management Roles

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
• Train and coach staff on cleaning procedures, guest interaction, and safety practices.
• Prepare duty rosters, manage inventories, and ensure efficient use of cleaning supplies.
• Handle staff performance reviews, discipline, and scheduling.
• Liaise with Food and Beverage team and Laundry teams for smooth coordination of operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or housekeeping certification preferred).
• Prior experience in a hotel, resort, or private residence housekeeping role preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• For supervisory roles: minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar position, with leadership and training abilities.

Benefits :

• Basic Salary from 7,735 SAR to 14,875 SAR per month depending on the role.
• 60-30 Days of Vacation/Annum depending on the role.
