Housekeeping Attendant

Our UHNW client, who is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Attendant. The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for ensuring the Villa is maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and organisation, whilst ensuring guests are provided with the highest level of service, efficiency, and care.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions from your Housekeeping Supervisor, and complete daily tasks.
- Attend shift planning meetings.
- Work safely with chemicals.
- Know the right chemical to use on different surfaces.
- Know how to use all cleaning tools.
- Know how to set up and shut down an area.
- Use colour-coded cloths and the correct equipment, following procedures.
- Cleaning Techniques – sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, brushing, polishing.
- Prepare, maintain, protect, and turndown a room.
- Care of different surfaces – metal, marble, glass, wood, and plastic.
- Guest Services – unpacking/packing luggage, cleaning shoes, replacing amenities, and wardrobe management whenever required.
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues.
- Bed Making.
- Cleaning of Bathrooms.
- Cleaning of Bedrooms.
- HK Lockers and HK storages cleaning and arranging.
- Extra deep cleaning – off season.
- Sanitisation of Gym equipment daily.
- Sanitisation of Shower Head and Jacuzzi.
- You might be expected to go to other properties, and will adhere to such a request.
- To be careful with the cleaning materials, linen, towel, and other consumables.
- Provide constant availing service.
- Set an example by complying with regulations regarding dress codes and expected modes of behaviour, and use best endeavours to offer a personal and personable service, enhancing the reputation of the facility and leading by example.
- To ensure that property is maintained properly, and treated with respect at all times.
- Report any incident, injuries, damages, or failures of equipment to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Monitor stock and provide Supervisor with stock inventory reports.
Salary: 7,735 SAR – 11,050 SAR
Education requirements: Diploma, High School | 2 Years of Experience on the same or Similar Role
Annual Leave: 30 Days of Vacation/Annum
Accommodation: Single Room in a Shared Villa
Working hours: 48 Hours a Week
Medical Insurance
Annual Flight Allowance – SAR 5,000 | Paid on Anniversary
Duty Meals: Provided
Uniform: Provided
