Cell Therapy Account Manager

Gilead Sciences seeks a Cell Therapy Account Manager for its Kite division in Riyadh to develop and manage relationships with authorized treatment centers, drive appropriate use of CAR T therapies, and ensure seamless customer experience. This field-based role requires strong clinical expertise and strategic account planning.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with authorized treatment center leadership and key stakeholders
- Coordinate site qualification, setup, patient treatment, and compliance activities across accounts
- Develop and execute account plans to drive appropriate utilization of Kite CAR T therapies
- Educate healthcare professionals on Kite therapies, clinical data, and treatment protocols
- Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams on therapeutic landscape and business opportunities
Requirements
- 3–5 years of clinical hematology or oncology experience
- Proven account management success in large accounts with leadership experience
- Deep understanding of cell therapy, CAR T treatment logistics, and disease landscape
- Bachelor's degree and country-specific licensing or exam requirements
- Strong clinical knowledge of hematology, immunology, and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma
- Ability to manage sensitive business information in compliance with regulations
