About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all pastry items.
- Develop new and innovative pastry creations.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a reputable establishment.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.
- Creativity and passion for pastry arts.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is an advantage.
