Head of Information Technology

We are partnering with a high‑growth, cloud‑first organisation in Riyadh to appoint a Head of IT to lead and evolve their corporate technology function. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping IT direction, driving operational excellence, and ensuring technology enables business growth in a SaaS‑driven, digitally native environment.
The Role
This You will own the end‑to‑end IT function, balancing day‑to‑day operations with long‑term strategy. This includes overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery, vendor management, and IT governance, while aligning closely with business objectives and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute IT strategy aligned to business and digital transformation goals
- Lead IT operations, ensuring reliability across systems, networks, and collaboration tools
- Drive automation and optimisation across SaaS platforms and internal processes
- Oversee IT service management, SLAs, and service desk performance
- Establish and lead cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management frameworks
- Manage IT budgets, vendors, and procurement lifecycle
- Implement disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing IT team
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in IT, with strong leadership experience across strategy, operations, and security
- Proven background in cloud‑native, SaaS‑first environments
- Experience driving IT transformation, automation, and ERP integration
- Strong understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks
- Hands‑on exposure to tools such as Google Workspace, IAM platforms, and modern DevOps practices
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at C‑level
