Job Overview
We are representing a leading organisation in the Food & Beverage sector, seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Manager ( F&B ) to join their team. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a passion for the F&B industry, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees, for all levels of the F&B business.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Nurture a positive working environment by managing employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labour law.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans, ensuring they are competitive and equitable.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programmes for staff development, particularly in areas of customer service, food safety, and operational excellence.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive.
- Demonstrable experience within the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour law and HR best practices.
- People-oriented and results-driven, with excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; a professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable.
- Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in Arabic would be a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS).
