HR Executive

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of HR Executive in Saudi Arabia . Our client is seeking skilled, motivated professionals to support day-to-day human resource activities. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation accurately.
  
• Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding processes.
  
• Support attendance, leave, and other routine HR administration activities.
  
• Assist with implementing organizational HR policies and procedures.
  
• Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related requirements.
  
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, correspondence, and employee documentation.
  
• Support employee relations and day-to-day HR operational requirements.
  

Required Skills

• Recruitment: Ability to support sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring activities.
  
• HR Operations: Knowledge of routine HR administrative processes.
  
• Employee Relations: Ability to coordinate professionally with employees and management.
  
• HR Documentation: Ability to maintain employee records and HR documents accurately.
  
• MS Office: Working knowledge of spreadsheets, documents, email, and routine office applications.
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with HRMS or applicant tracking systems.
  
• Knowledge of onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
  
• Experience supporting HR operations in a structured organization.
  

Work Experience Requirements

The client has not specified an experience requirement. Typical: HR Executive positions commonly require approximately 1–3 years of relevant HR experience , particularly in recruitment, HR administration, or employee lifecycle activities.

Education

• Minimum (Typical): Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline
  
• Preferred (Typical): MBA/PG qualification in HR
  
• Additional: HR-related certification would be advantageous
