Position:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead the people strategy and drive core HR initiatives across our Regional Headquarters company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

In this role, you will align business objectives with employee and management solutions, acting as a strategic partner to executive leadership while overseeing daily HR operations, talent management, performance frameworks and compliance.

Requirements:

·Collaborate and coordinate with the RHQ Branch Manager and the Senior Management of the Italian Headquarter to define and implement HR initiatives that align with business strategies, principles and objectives.

·Coordinate and implement branch directives, collaborating directly with the Senior Management of the Italian Headquarter to discuss and align on all key operational and strategic decisions for the local branch.

·Partner with all entities within the Proger Group to drive cross-company HR initiatives and ensure full support in achieving overarching business objectives.

·Collaborate with the different Corporate Functions in relation to cross-cutting issues of common interest.

·Contribute to the development and the implementation of HR strategies, policies and programs to ensure the continuity of international operations in compliance with Saudi Laws, international regulations and standards.

·Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, employment contracts, contract renewals, onboarding, training programs, performance management, employee relations and offboarding, across multiple countries and regions.

·Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR management.

·Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and local regulations, including immigration, Saudization, employment contracts, work permits and visa requirements.

·Ensure strict adherence to local, national and international labor laws, internal policies, and workplace safety standards.

Other information:

·Liaise with external consultants in the field of Labor Law and personnel management.

·Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary actions and terminations.

·Manage HR Information Systems (HRIS) for efficient data tracking, employee records and HR reporting platforms (i.e., QIWA platform, Muqeem, GOSI).

·Manage government relationship platforms and offices (such as MISA, COC, MOL - SAGIA, Najiz, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Foreign Affairs etc.).

·Use the corporate HR platform for uploading and/or updating contractual data and to process related reports.

·Provide guidance and support to Line Managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices.

·Ensuring the regular execution of the HR team's activities in compliance with deadlines and company instructions.

·Provide support in driving end-to-end selection processes, managing partnerships and agreements with local recruiting agencies and handling candidate negotiations regarding job offers, role alignment and budget limits.

·Oversee all immigration, visa and Saudization requirements, ensuring strict adherence to Saudi labor laws regarding workforce composition and international hiring practices.

·Oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs and employee rewards.

·Oversee Payroll and Attendances.

·Ensure confidentiality and security of employee’s data in alignment with data protection laws.

·Manage HR reporting and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and ensure HR metrics are aligned with business objectives.

·Any additional related and similar activities consistent with the expertise required to complete assigned tasks.

Job Knowledge

• In-depth knowledge of Saudi HR laws, best practices and regulations, including employment contracts, work permits, visas and Saudization requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of people management competencies in order to perform salary reviews and performance incentives.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software (internal and ministerial).

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with more than 5 years in a managerial role.
• Previous experience with international or engineering companies is a preferential element.
