About the Role

We're looking for a UGC Coordinator to manage our roster of user-generated content creators and keep our creator content pipeline running smoothly.

You'll take finalized creative briefs and turn them into clear, on-brand instructions for creators on our Cohley platform, track deliverables from brief to final asset, and make sure every piece of content that comes back meets our creative and brand standards before it moves into production.

This is not a sourcing or recruiting role—you'll be working with our existing creator relationships, not finding new ones. It's a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple briefs and deadlines at once in a remote, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Take approved creative briefs from our strategy team and adapt them into Cohley-ready creator briefs, following our standard three-part structure: Video Concept, Shot List, and Messaging Points
• Ensure every brief includes the required minimum of 3 distinct hooks , each with a specific scripted line and specific visual direction
• Communicate directly with creators to answer questions, clarify direction, and keep deliverables on schedule
• Track brief status and deliverables across the creator roster, flagging delays or issues proactively
• Review incoming creator content for adherence to brief, brand voice, and basic quality standards before handoff to editing
• Maintain organized records of creator briefs, deliverables, and communication history
• Coordinate with the Creative Ops Director and strategy team to keep the creator pipeline aligned with production priorities
• Help refine and improve creator communication templates and processes over time

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in content coordination, influencer/creator management, social media, or a related field (internship experience welcome)
• Excellent written communication skills—you'll be writing clear, specific creative direction daily
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; comfortable juggling multiple briefs and deadlines
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Familiarity with UGC/creator marketing, social video formats, or platforms like Cohley, Billo, or similar is a plus but not required
• A collaborative mindset—this role works closely with strategy, design, and editorial teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
• Interest in or background in fashion, menswear, or DTC brands
• Basic understanding of short-form video/social ad formats (hooks, angles, UGC style)
