HR Relations Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Relations Specialist to manage employee-related HR operations and government transactions in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have strong practical knowledge of Saudi government platforms, employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, and Saudi Labor Law, with the ability to independently manage day-to-day HR and government-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle processes including joining, transfers, exits, and related government transactions.

• Handle employee visa, residency, and other government-related processes.

• Process and track transactions through Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Labor Office, and other Saudi government platforms.

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.

• Prepare employment letters, certificates, contracts, and other HR documents.

• Support Mowaamah Program requirements and related compliance activities.

• Ensure timely completion of government and HR transactions.

• Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with Saudi Labor Law and applicable regulations.

• Liaise with employees, management, government authorities, and relevant external parties.

• Provide operational support on HR compliance, audits, and employee-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Personnel, or Government Relations in Saudi Arabia.

• Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Labor Office, and related government platforms.

• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, government procedures, and HR compliance.

• Experience managing employee documentation and government transactions independently.

• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
