Petrogen Announces a Full-Time Human Resources Management OpportunityBased at the company's headquarters in Riyadh – Ishbiliyah District
Petrogen is seeking a qualified professional to lead its Human Resources function, undertaking the following responsibilities:
- Institutionalizing and governing the HR system and overseeing its implementation in line with best practices
- Managing recruitment operations, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
- Managing personnel affairs, including employee files, payroll, leave, and related matters
- Managing employee relations and supporting performance and growth
- Building and implementing training and professional development plans and programs
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations as well as the company's internal policies
- Contributing to building a strong corporate culture and a positive work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- No less than 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position
- Excellent knowledge of Saudi labor and residency (Iqama) laws and regulations
- Leadership skills in negotiation, decision-making, change management, and overcoming challenges
- Technical skills in HR systems and ERPs
- Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English
- A professional HR certification is preferred
