Our company is looking for a Senior Technical Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine automation and performance tools to use in a project;
  • Streamline automation and performance testing of functional, UI, and API related test activities;
  • Gather, train, and implement best practices for automation and performance tests;
  • Tracks quality and speed of automation and performance testing activities;
  • Provide automation and performance strategies to Senior Test Engineers;
  • Review and recommend improvements to existing test procedures;
  • Suggest new tools and techniques in improving testing efficiency;
  • Provides training to his subordinates and to the new hires;
  • Delegates and monitors projects of his subordinates;
  • Evaluates the performance of his subordinates;
  • Conduct training and provide assistance to Test Engineers aiming for automation and performance jobs;
  • Support and monitor activities and progress of all technical test engineers.

Requirements:

  • Support, maintain and troubleshoot network printers and print server queues;
  • Knowledgable with VOIP Systems;
  • Manage new user account provisioning and termination according to corporate IT standards and procedures;
  • Experience with of Powershell and Virtualization experience (VMware, Hyper-V);
  • Functional knowledge of Android operating system;
  • Familiar with IT Service Desk/ Help Desk ticketing systems;
  • Functional knowledge with Windows 7, Windows 10, Server 2008 and 2012. Familiarity with Linux (Ubuntu) as strong plus;
  • Familiar with SSL VPN’s, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting;
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting off of error logs, running stack traces and other diagnostics;
  • Professionalism and customer service focus;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/customers at any given time.
