GTM Analytics Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a GTM Analytics Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Business partnership with key leaders;
- Provide thought leadership to your key business stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights using appropriate analytical solutions;
- Communicate complex analysis and insights to senior leaders, both verbally and in writing;
- Build cross-functional relationships and be able to establish resources to help solve complex interdisciplinary problems on behalf of the business;
- Build and lead a team of high performing Business Analysts within GTM Analytics and Insights group.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in an analytics, statistician, data scientist or consultant role;
- Experience leading and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization;
- Strong business communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field;
- Excellent analytical thinking – you connect the dots between the data and operations and gut check every number you see;
- Must be able to work US business hours;
- Determination to initiate and complete projects to completion despite data and cross-functional challenges;
- Familiarity with SaaS Enterprise systems and SaaS business operations;
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in developing and mentoring direct and cross-functional teams;
- Technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Domo, Alteryx, other Business Intelligence tools.
