Our company is looking for a GTM Analytics Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Business partnership with key leaders;
  • Provide thought leadership to your key business stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights using appropriate analytical solutions;
  • Communicate complex analysis and insights to senior leaders, both verbally and in writing;
  • Build cross-functional relationships and be able to establish resources to help solve complex interdisciplinary problems on behalf of the business;
  • Build and lead a team of high performing Business Analysts within GTM Analytics and Insights group.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an analytics, statistician, data scientist or consultant role;
  • Experience leading and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization;
  • Strong business communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field;
  • Excellent analytical thinking – you connect the dots between the data and operations and gut check every number you see;
  • Must be able to work US business hours;
  • Determination to initiate and complete projects to completion despite data and cross-functional challenges;
  • Familiarity with SaaS Enterprise systems and SaaS business operations;
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in developing and mentoring direct and cross-functional teams;
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Domo, Alteryx, other Business Intelligence tools.
