Our company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Set expectations for the meeting and handle prospect’s queries in a very professional manner;
  • Establish interest and initiate communication with clients;
  • Clearly explain what our client’s company is about, their products and/or services to potential customers;
  • Diligently nurture qualified targets;
  • Identify and touch base with key decision makers involved with potential client’s sales and marketing initiatives;
  • Obtain and verify contact information including names, emails, addresses, etc;
  • Manage and track your pipeline using our CRM tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) and marketing software(Hunter, InMail, Mailshake);
  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop targeted lists, email strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business;
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and identify potential MonetizeMore solutions to fulfill requirements;
  • Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities;
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the MonetizeMore Account Executive pipeline;
  • Time: Spend 4 hours out of every week to improve systems and update UBS Folder;
  • Clients: Have an average number 18 clients month over month on subscription packages (after 6 mos);
  • Transactions: Sell each deal with a selling price at or above company averages;
  • Retention: Average client retention at least 6 months (subscription).

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and strong time management skills;
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment;
  • Background in selling Testing Software Projects is a big PLUS;
  • Customer Service;
  • Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City;
  • Contribute to a harmonious working environment and build good working relationships while;
  • Qualified 5+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative;
  • Communication skills;
  • Solid understanding of client pain points and business needs, with a solutions-oriented and consultative approach to problem-solving;
  • Sales and Marketing Knowledge;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients;
  • Typing;
  • Knowledge in preparing for public bids and procurement processes is an advantage;
  • Knowledge in CRM tool such as GSuite and Salesforce is an advantage;
  • Sales experience is an advantage.
